DivotHero is a mobile application that allows golfers to document on-course repairs (divots, ball marks, and similar damage) and earn points redeemable for rewards at participating golf course pro shops.
You must create an account with a valid email address to use DivotHero. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. One account per person.
When you submit a repair, you are representing that you personally made the repair and that the before/after photos accurately depict the repair. Fraudulent or misleading submissions may result in account suspension.
Rewards are promotional items offered voluntarily by participating golf courses. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money. Reward availability, point values, and catalog items are set by each participating course and may change at any time. DivotHero is not responsible for a course's decision to modify or discontinue its reward program.
Points are earned when a course staff member approves your repair submission. Points have no monetary value and exist solely within the DivotHero platform. Unused points do not expire during an active season but may be reset between seasons at the course's discretion.
By submitting photos through DivotHero, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and display those photos within the app and to course staff for the purpose of reviewing repairs. We will not use your photos for marketing without your explicit permission.
Do not use DivotHero to submit fraudulent repairs, harass other users, or interfere with the operation of the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
DivotHero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service (which, for the free tier, is zero).
We may update these terms as DivotHero evolves. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
